In contrast, MindCraft Concierge Services LLC operates on a direct-pay basis, offering personalized services outside of traditional insurance billing structures. This arrangement allows for greater flexibility and individualized attention, catering to those seeking a more tailored healthcare experience.

No. You are not required to participate in both services. MindCraft Concierge Services LLC and MindCraft Health LLC operate independently, and you can receive care from either without any obligation to engage with the other. Choose the path that best fits your needs—whether it’s insurance-based care, direct-pay services, or a combination that works for you.

All services at MindCraft Concierge Services LLC are offered on a direct-pay basis, with payment due at the time of service. While we do not balance bill or bill insurance directly, we’re happy to provide superbills and courtesy billing to support your out-of-network reimbursement process. Please note that coverage and reimbursement vary by plan, and we cannot guarantee insurance reimbursement.

While MindCraft Concierge Services LLC and MindCraft Health LLC are legally separate entities, they may share certain infrastructure, administrative support, or technology systems (such as patient portals and reception services) through a Management Services Organization (MSO) agreement. This collaboration helps streamline operations and ensures a seamless experience for our clients. However, it does not impact the financial independence or legal separation of the two practices. Each entity operates with its own policies, billing structures, and clinical responsibilities. Additionally, some members of our team may choose to contract with both entities independently.
