Hot flashes. Recurrent UTIs. Fatigue, anxiety, and little to no desire for intimacy. For years, we were told it was stress, aging, or our imagination. Now we know different.
At MindCraft Health, we aren’t afraid to say what others won’t: your symptoms are real, and you deserve answers. This period of transition is natural, but suffering through it shouldn’t be. Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) offers the relief you were told to live without. It helps connect the dots in a maze of disconnected symptoms and fragmented care.
HRT can help:
Regulate mood swings, anxiety and depression
Reduce brain fog and feelings of overwhelm
Restore deep, restful sleep
Relieve dryness and discomfort
Rekindle desire and intimacy with your partner
Renew your energy and passion for life

Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) is the most effective treatment to replace female hormones that the body stops producing during perimenopause and menopause. It treats vaginal dryness, irrational and painful intercourse, prevents bone loss, and provides relief from a wide range of symptoms, including but not limited to: mood swings, anxiety, depression, brain fog, lower libido, reduced stress tolerance, fatigue, joint and muscle pain, headaches, night sweats and hot flashes, menstrual changes, and trouble falling or staying asleep.
Hormones can be taken through pills, skin patches, gels, sprays, or rings, or locally via low-dose creams and tablets.
Some patients do experience side effects as their bodies adjust to changing hormone levels. It is common to see some bleeding or spotting in the first few months, as well as breast tenderness or discomfort. Some report mild digestive issues, headaches, or skin irritation. Speak to your doctor if you experience any of these side effects.
Yes, FDA-approved treatments and telehealth consultations for hormone replacement therapy are covered by most insurance plans. It is always best to confirm this with your provider before you begin treatment.
