I work with adults, children, and teens to support mental health and well-being, with a focus on mood and anxiety, as well as emotional and relational patterns. My psychiatric care integrates psychotherapy, lifestyle guidance, and thoughtful assessment, with medication used only when appropriate. I draw on evidence-based frameworks, including Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to foster self-understanding, emotional regulation, and practical coping skills.
After medical school in New York City, I worked on the front lines during the COVID-19 pandemic, witnessing the effects on families’ mental health. I then completed a pediatrics internship in NYC, followed by adult psychiatry training at the University of Miami and a fellowship in child & adolescent psychiatry at Johns Hopkins. My fellowship included clinical learning at the Kennedy Krieger Institute, a center specializing in neurodevelopmental conditions. These experiences shaped my perspective, guiding me to consider physical, social, and family factors alongside developmental influences, while collaborating closely with individuals to cultivate trust and meaningful progress.

I aim to create a collaborative and supportive environment where patients gain insight, strengthen practical skills, and apply strategies for lasting change.
I provide psychiatric care for children, teens, and adults, with particular attention to young adults navigating school, relationships, and independence. My goal is to combine emotional understanding with approaches that promote stability and personal growth.
My work is informed by comprehensive medical training and a commitment to patient-centered care.
Outside of clinical work, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my dog, reading, and studying languages. Staying curious, personally and professionally, helps me bring openness and presence to my work with patients.
