As a board-certified Family Medicine physician, I provide comprehensive virtual care that looks at the entire picture of your health. My practice is built on the belief that physical vitality and mental wellbeing are inseparable—informed by years of formal training in the deep connections between neurobiology, exercise science, and human physiology. By understanding how the body's systems interact and the drivers of behavioral change, I help patients jointly optimize their physical, metabolic, and mental health—all while ensuring you feel empowered, supported, and truly heard.
I am also passionate about proactive preventive medicine. I partner with my patients to optimize their health before minor concerns become chronic issues—whether that is addressing lifestyle habits and behaviors, pursuing sustainable weight loss (including GLP-1 therapy), balancing hormones, evaluating mental health and psychiatric medication regimens, or treating acute illnesses. And when issues or illnesses do arise, we will work together to address them quickly and precisely.
My goal is for you to spend less time managing chronic illness and more time living and enjoying a healthy life. Healthcare shouldn't feel like guesswork or a rushed corporate assembly line full of headaches. It should be a collaborative, evidence-based partnership tailored to your unique daily reality. At MindCraft, we strive to make the journey less daunting—better appointment availability, faster specialist referrals, and hands-on help navigating insurance and prior authorizations.
As a longtime telehealth advocate, I have seen firsthand how virtual primary care can break down barriers and make exceptional care highly accessible. By combining clinical precision with a patient-first philosophy, I strive to provide convenient, comprehensive care that fits seamlessly into your life.

I’m a board-certified Family Medicine physician and Mental Health Specialist with a passion for helping patients optimize their physical, metabolic, and mental health through the intersection of neurobiology, exercise science, and practical telemedicine. My practice is built on the belief that physical vitality and mental wellbeing are inseparable—and that true wellness comes from addressing root causes rather than simply managing chronic symptoms.
At MindCraft Health, I provide virtual primary care for patients of all ages with an emphasis on:
My passion for proactive health is rooted in a lifelong dedication to athletic competition and movement science. As a high school league champion pole vaulter turned endurance runner and triathlete, I learned early on how human physiology, discipline, and behavioral habits shape long-term vitality.
During medical school, I served as President of the Sports Medicine Club, deepening my formal training in biomechanics, exercise physiology, and injury prevention. I bring that exact performance-minded framework to primary care: whether you are training for a race, managing chronic joint issues, balancing hormones, or working to optimize your metabolic profile, my goal is to give you the tools to move better, feel stronger, and build lasting resilience.
Having practiced within traditional hospital health systems and massive corporate telehealth conglomerates, I’ve seen firsthand how the corporate healthcare model fails both patients and physicians. When care is driven by corporate quotas, rushed 5-minute appointments, and endless administrative bureaucracy, medicine loses its humanity.
I joined MindCraft because it stands for the exact opposite. Here, I am free to practice medicine the right way—unbound by corporate overlords, insurance hurdles, or assembly-line volume expectations. This independent model allows me to build real, unhurried partnerships with my patients, offering the time, clinical precision, and personal attention true healing requires.
My clinical background spans diverse patient populations across traditional clinics, sports medicine arenas, and multi-state telemedicine networks covering 30+ states. Serving on the frontline of the Kauai COVID Task Force in Hawaii—where I helped develop and implement island-wide clinical safety guidelines—reinforced my commitment to adaptable, patient-centered care during critical times.
That experience cemented my deep advocacy for modern virtual care. When done right, telehealth is an incredible equalizer: it strips away the friction of travel and long waiting rooms, breaks down geographical barriers, and delivers exceptional, high-touch primary care directly into the reality of your daily life.
When I’m not caring for patients, I'm usually spending time with my family or traveling. You’ll often find me out on a long run training for triathlons and half marathons, working on my swing on the golf course, or exploring the outdoors (Utah's Zion National Park is my absolute favorite). I'm a massive college sports fan and you can always find me cheering on Fresno State Athletics (Go Bulldogs!). On quieter nights, I enjoy diving into sci-fi and fantasy movies. For me, these passions are a constant reminder of what healthcare is really about: preserving the energy, strength, and health to fully enjoy the things that make life meaningful.
